1. Data We Process

Legacy stores your account email address, display name, bakery site name, and the operational kitchen records your team logs (temperature checks, daily SFBB/HACCP checklists, recipes, ingredient costs, and supplier orders). Every bakery site is strictly isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS).

2. Food Safety Responsibility

Legacy provides digital record-keeping tools aligned with UK Food Standards Agency (SFBB), Food Standards Scotland (CookSafe), EU Regulation 852/2004, US FDA Food Code, and FSANZ Standard 3.2.2A. Each food business operator remains solely responsible for the accuracy of its critical limits, physical temperature probing, allergen controls, and site-specific HACCP / Safe Methods documentation.

3. Data Retention & Export

You can export or print your food safety records and recipe costings at any time via the Inspector View and weekly export tools. Upon account cancellation, you may request a full archive or deletion of your kitchen's records under UK GDPR.
